We dye yarns and fabric from coarser counts like 6's yarn to finer counts like 2/80's yarn or more if required. We are also well equipped for special finishes like water proof, flame retardent, acrylic.
EMBROIDERY -
We have well equipped Embroidery units with 18 heads Barudan machines. We can also do special finish like picoting and marrowing.
We have facilities for single needle quilting which are capable of quilting very high gsm fabric and versatile designs.
PRINTING -
We have facilities for hand printing, rotary and digital printing.
WASHING -

We have a factory spreading across 60,000 square feet area with nearly 300 employees of which 75% are women
Sewing - Our infrastructure includes 75 Juki sewing machines, over-locking and embroidery machines. We have capacity to produce around 100,000 tea towels plus other kitchen and table products & around 10,000 duvets/sheets in a month. Our experienced tailors and cutters ensure exemplary standards in cutting and sewing including the stitches per inch.
Fabric rolling and inspection - Our In - house facilities include state of the art fabric inspection and rolling machines, steam ironing equipments, and a top-of-the-line packaging area. We have experienced quality controllers who have an eye for detail who ensure perfection in fabric inspection.
Folding and packaging - We have a vast area exclusively designated for folding and packing our products. We may be the only manufacturer in India to ensure exemplary standards in folding and packaging of our products. Our quality controllers with an eye for detail ensure perfection in folding of each product up to final packaging. We may be the only manufacturer in India to ensure ZERO TOLERANCE to errors.
